With an impressive 38-year career spanning the complex worlds of high-level skilled trades and precision manufacturing, Lloyd Winger is a true master craftsman whose expertise bridges advanced mechanical systems, energy distribution, and artisanal distillation. Over nearly four decades, he has built a complex network of manufacturers and vendors, allowing him to source premier materials, collaborate on specialized equipment design, and streamline operations from blueprint to final production.
Holding a premier G1 Gas Fitter license alongside credentials as a licensed electrician and air conditioning mechanic, Lloyd has spent decades designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining intricate mechanical and electrical infrastructures. Whether managing high-capacity commercial heating systems, complex wiring, or delicate climate networks, safety, code compliance, and operational excellence have remained the bedrock of his daily work.
Uniquely combining heavy technical mechanics with chemistry and craft, Lloyd has translated decades of mechanical expertise into a distinguished career as a Master Distiller. This role represents the ultimate fusion of heavy-duty trade mastery and process chemistry. By applying an exacting engineering mindset to spirits production, he leverages a deep, practical understanding of fluids, heat transfer, and complex thermal control systems to craft exceptional products from the ground up.

Rose Danville
Founding Partner & Consultant
Rose Danville brings extensive experience in regulatory compliance and excise administration through her career with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). During her time with the CRA, she oversaw the Excise Duty Program in Ontario, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the legislation, policies, and reporting requirements that govern businesses operating within Canada's alcohol industry. Her experience provided valuable insight into the regulatory responsibilities distilleries face and the importance of maintaining strong compliance practices in an evolving industry.
Throughout her career, Rose has built a strong foundation in interpreting complex legislation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping businesses understand their obligations under Canada's excise framework. Her practical knowledge of licensing, reporting, record-keeping, and compliance requirements enables her to provide clear, reliable guidance that helps clients navigate regulatory processes with confidence while minimizing uncertainty.
